How do i buy a course ?

On the course page, click on “Buy Course” button.

Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds on purchased courses.

How do I redeem a coupon?

If you have a coupon code, you can apply this coupon on the checkout page.

What payment options are available?

Payments options are available based on your country and currency. Make sure you select the right currency from the left before clicking the “buy button”, and on the checkout page, be sure you select your country of residence.

Taking Courses​

How do I enroll for a course?

If the course is free, simple click on the “START COURSE” button to take the course. If it’s a paid course or an IMEPro course, you will be required to purchase the course or upgrade your account to IMEPro respectively.

How do i continue my course or pick up from where I stopped?

Once your click on the “START COURSE” button, you’d continue from where you left off.

My Course results is 0% after going through all the lessons, why?

On each lesson page, there is a complete button at the bottom of each page, after completing each lesson, you are required to click the “COMPLETE” button to proceed to the next lesson.

Why should I upgrade to IMEPro?

IMEPro is not limited to IMEAcademy alone but give you super privileges all across IMESocial networks of sites.

How do I Upgrade my membership?

You can go to the mother site at https://imesocial.org/upgrade to upgrade your account.

When will my IMEPro membership expire?

Depends on the membership package duration you choose. See upgrade page for more info!

What happens to my courses when my IMEPro membership expires?

All Enrolled courses will be accessible for a lifetime. Even those you purchased with Pro Membership.
